One hour Basking experience. Communal sessions up to 6 people. Private Seats for up to 8 participants. Cold plunge experience in two roll top baths on the decking or cool down slowly on one of our handmade benches, the choice is yours. 

**Please bring a towel to sit on, one to dry off and footwear for walking around the decking. Drinking water will be available but bring your own if you wish.** 

We have a half hour turn around so you wont feel rushed at the start or end of the experience. All experiences will start with a briefing from your sauna host who will be onsite for your full Basking experience.

The sauna was perfect and the cold bath was a challenge but brilliant. There was plenty of water to help ourselves. Nichola checked in with us during the hour to make sure all was okay. Really enjoyed our Forrest bathing & to have this facility onsite at campsite  was a plus. Perhaps some herbal teas made available for a warm drink after the cold bath, nice seating to relax between sauna & bath & take in views. A timer in the sauna would be good. We had a lovely welcome & were well looked after, felt at ease & left feeling relaxed & glowing. We would go again on our next trip.

The sauna was amazing - even the wood used for the bench was much nicer to sit on than others I've visited. Cooling down under the trees was blissful.  The host was lovely and clearly very passionate about what she does. She was great at talking through everything with those less experienced in trying this too. Gorgeous sauna in beautiful surroundings. The sauna itself was ideal - new wood aromas, pefect temperature (which we could control with water) and very peaceful. The cold dip baths we took twice within the hour mixed with the heat of the sauna left us feeling soothed and  relaxed for the rest of the day. The sauna is in a woodland glade, with decking surround, set well back from the campsite and was surrounded by bluebells and birds singing and the host, Nicola is kind and welcoming. The whole experience was fantastic . Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful location nestled in a quiet campsite next to to a lovely river. 
Had a lovely swim in the river first and then headed for our hour in the Sauna. 
Nicola made us really welcome and had everything on hand that we needed nestled amongst the trees
Sauna itself was a delight and it was great taking a cold plunge in the baths under the canopy of the trees
We finished off with a cuppa and a bacon roll from the coffee van on the site

Great experience at Bask sauna yesterday. Clear instructions on sauna etiquette. Notably very clean. Once in, we found our zen. The cold dip felt invigorating too. Loved the recommendation of a swim in the nearby stream pool. Will be returning soon.
NB. Doubtful that 8 bodies would fit in the sauna. You’d need to be good pals! We had 5 and there was room for one more I’d say.

Loved our outdoor sauna. Beautiful wood burner sauna with high quality and smooth benches. Lying in the cold bath gazing through the trees into the blue sky was very peaceful and relaxing. My favourite sauna by far! Visited Bask Sauna's a few times now and keep coming back again. The sauna itself is stunning, and i love the cold plunge bath tubs. Plus the location of the sauna is something - you feel like you are in a tree house due to the canopy of the trees. Despite being in the campsite, feels very private, peaceful and a million miles away from it all.
Nicola is such a warm and welcoming host, and the campsite has loads of facilities and a fantastic coffe and food van. A trip to the sauna can be made into a full day out.

I visited with my friend while staying at the camp site and she had never done anything like this before, I was amazed at how comfortable she was with it all.  
It had been raining hard the night before and as we lay looking up at the blue sky through the trees, small rain drops were cleansing us too.  Nicola was lovely and very knowledgeable about wellbeing and relaxation.

I didn’t think I could do the cold water baths but the host Nicola, really wanted us to experience the full experience and without being pushy, talked me through each step to get the best benefits. The hot and cold felt great and we had the most relaxing night and sleep afterwards.  We will definitely be booking this again when we return to the campsite and may even look at the wild cold water dips. Thank you.

I cannot believe the post visit energy I had. It was amazing. There was 5 of us there this time and we continued our time with a wild dip at Lemahamish. I am now addicted and have another session booked for this week.

Fantastic wild sauna experience - my favourite so far!! The host Nicola was so welcoming, explained the set up clearly, and provided water and freshly cut orange slices which was super cute. The sauna was HOT which I love and we had great fun swimming in Lemahamish pool afterwards. A great end to a weekend of walking/hiking. Also, great changing facilities and the showers/toilets were an added bonus.

My mum and I visited Bask saunas, popping for a swim at the nearby river pool first - Nicola was really helpful in advising on this and it was a beautiful swim spot. The sauna experience was wonderful.  Nicola is a lovely and knowledgeable host, and guides you but also gives lots of space to enjoy the peace. The spot is stunning and sitting in the sauna and cold bath surrounded by trees is really special. This immersive sauna experience is nestled in beautiful woodland which provides the perfect setting for an hour of total reset.
The cold water plunges were so restorative ( something I never saw myself doing) and I’m now a total convert to the benefits of cold water therapy - my skin has never felt so alive.
The owners were so knowledgeable and everything was presented in a safe and caring environment. 
Only problem is the sauna is now relocating. We are gutted to see them go as we had decided to make this campsite our ‘go-to’ over the colder months. 
Looks like we will just have to follow their footsteps.

Using the sauna was a great experience, especially having been skiing at Glencoe earlier that day! My bones and soul were warmed up thoroughly.  The sauna is located in the garden of Tir na nOg holistic center. When I was sitting in the sauna, I could hear thr wind whooshing in the branches of a nearby spruce. It was truly magical. The sauna is wood fired and you can see the flames and hear the crackling, it's magical, too. A bucket with beautifully scented sauna water is provided  which you pour into a little soapstone jug to increase humidity. Outside there are 2 baths to plunge in, a shower and a changing area plus a water dispenser with mugs to stay hydrated. The host, Nicola, made sure my experience was great - and at the end of the night, we were briefly greeted by the wood sprite otherwise known as the Tir na nOg resident cat 😁 Highly recommend this experience!

Lovely setting, high quality, and beautifully clean baths. Nice covered wooden area to change and hang your clothes - no changing in a muddy field. Nicola is lovely and attentive - makes such a difference.
